CareAparent Helps Small Businesses Reopen
Home Care Company Provides Complimentary Skilled Nursing Screening for Local Companies
SAINT PAUL, Minn. – April 29, 2020 – CareAparent, an independent and locally owned licensed home care provider, values and understands the tremendous pressure small businesses face as the pandemic continues to re-shape Minnesota’s employment and industry. In order to help businesses open quickly
and efficiently, CareAparent is offering free skilled nurse COVID-19 screening for employers within theTwin Cities Metro area with 25 or fewer employees. Employers will be offered the back-to-work screening program at their place of employment on a first-come, first-serve basis.
“The goal of this program is to allow CareAparent’s team of dedicated nurses to assist employers in meeting state standards for COVID-19 in the effort to return-to-work,” said Tracy Farley, Director of Nursing at CareAparent.
On April 23, 2020, Minnesota Governor Walz signed Executive Order 20-40, which allows the reopening of certain non-critical businesses. To ensure the safety of the employees returning to the workplace, CareAparent nurses will conduct an on-site COVID-19 screening to allow employees to reenter the workplace. Screening can be scheduled as early as Monday, May 4, as long as employers meet qualifying conditions. CareAparent’s screening program will continue until the end of May or until all of 30 open employers’ spots have been filled.
