How Does Synergy HomeCare Share My Personal Information?

Service Providers. Children

Synergy HomeCare recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of children. We will not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen years. When a user discloses personal information on SynergyHomeCare.com, the user is representing to us that he or she is an adult. If a child has provided SynergyHomeCare.com with personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian call our Consumer Care Line at 888-659-7771, and we will do our best to delete the child’s information from our records.

International

Synergy HomeCare is a United States limited liability company. We control and operate these Sites from within the United States. Our online privacy practices are governed by the laws of the United States and Arizona, which may differ from privacy laws in your state or home country. By submitting your personal information to these Sites, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to any country and its use and disclosure in accordance with U.S. federal and Arizona law and with this privacy policy.
